Bidayat: Journal of Islamic Law is a peer-reviewed academic journal that publishes original research articles, conceptual studies, and scholarly reviews in the field of Islamic law and contemporary legal studies. The journal aims to promote critical, interdisciplinary, and contextual discussions on the development of Islamic legal thought in response to modern social, political, economic, educational, and technological challenges.
