Peran Manajemen Pendidikan Islam dalam Pengembangan Hard Skills Global untuk Karier Internasional

The development of globalization, digital transformation, the Industrial Revolution 4.0, and artificial intelligence have changed the competency needs of the international workforce. Islamic higher education institutions are required not only to produce graduates who excel academically and religiously, but also possess global hard skills relevant to the world of work. This study aims to analyze the role of Islamic Education Management in developing global hard skills to support students' international career readiness. The study used a qualitative approach with library research methods. Data were obtained from books, scientific articles, and reports from international institutions, analyzed using content analysis techniques. The results show that Islamic Education Management plays a strategic role through the development of adaptive curricula, digital technology integration, foreign language strengthening, professional certification, industry partnerships, and international career guidance services. This study also found the importance of integrating global hard skills with Islamic values such as amanah (trustworthiness), itqan (good character), ihsan (good character), and professionalism. This integration can produce graduates who are globally competitive, possess integrity, and are ready to face the challenges of an international career.
