JISEI (Journal of Islamic Studies and Education Innovation) is pleased to invite scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit their high-quality research papers for publication in Vol. 2, No.2, June 2026. JISEI is a peer-reviewed journal that focuses on the latest advancements, research, and best practices in Islamic Studies and educational innovations.

Scope of the Journal:
We welcome original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies related (but not limited) to the following topics:

  • Islamic Education and Pedagogy
  • Curriculum Development in Islamic Education
  • Integration of Science and Islamic Studies
  • Innovation in Teaching and Learning in Islamic Education
  • Islamic Thought and Contemporary Issues
  • Digitalization and Technology in Islamic Education
  • Character Education and Islamic Values
  • Comparative Studies in Islamic Education
  • Policy and Governance in Islamic Educational Institutions
  • Socio-Cultural Aspects of Islamic Education

Submission Guidelines:

  • Manuscripts should be written in English or Indonesia.
  • The paper must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere.
  • All submissions must follow the journal’s formatting guidelines (refer to the author guidelines available on our website).
  • Papers should be between 4,000 – 6,000 words, including references.
  • Use APA (7th edition) citation style.
