This study examines the role of teacher assistance in developing innovative learning media to improve the quality of school education. The research is based on the assumption that teachers often face limitations in designing and utilizing creative, technology-based learning media that align with students’ needs and contemporary educational demands. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this study explores mentoring activities that include training, collaborative media development, classroom implementation, and reflective evaluation. The findings indicate that structured and continuous teacher assistance significantly enhances teachers’ pedagogical competence, creativity, and confidence in integrating innovative learning media into the teaching process. The use of interactive and contextual learning media contributes to increased student engagement, motivation, and understanding of learning materials. Furthermore, teacher assistance fosters a culture of collaboration and continuous professional development within schools. Therefore, teacher assistance in learning media development is a strategic approach to improving instructional quality and supporting sustainable school education improvement.
