Coffee beans have long been known to have significant benefits for skin health and beauty. In recent years, coffee beans have been used in various beauty products, such as scrubs, soaps, and masks. This is supported by the beneficial contents in coffee such as caffeine, fruit acids, potassium, iron, magnesium, fatty alkaloids, and organic acids. Thus, coffee beans can be used as a basic ingredient for health drink products that can increase the economic value of the Lampung community. However, it is unfortunate that the many coffee commodity products have not been properly utilized by coffee farmers, therefore here we try to make a new innovation from coffee beans, namely coffee-based health drinks with additional extracts, namely lemongrass and bidara leaves. NGINUM PAY is an innovative coffee product packaged in the form of ready-to-brew and ready-to-serve drinks. With a mixture of herbal ingredients in it in the form of lemongrass and bidara leaves, NGINUM PAY not only has a concentrated taste, but is also rich in benefits the use of spices (lemongrass) in this coffee-making innovation is based on the desire to create a variety of flavors in the enjoyment of each sip. In addition, the thistle leaves that are also integrated into this coffee and lemongrass blend are a new idea that arises because they want to make good use of existing resources. In this case, we approach the community by providing counseling in the hope that it can bring out the creativity of the community in creating new types of processed coffee products so that in the future it can help improve the economy of the local and surrounding communities. In this innovation, we use the method of approaching the community by conducting counseling, socialization, characterization, coaching, and going directly to the field. The purpose of this innovation is so that the community fully understands and understands so that there is motivation in themselves to be creative in order to increase the economic value of coffee beans which have only been processed alakdarnya by the local community.
