Analisis Transaksi Jual Beli Online Melalui Aplikasi Shopee Dalam Pandangan Fiqh Muamalah

The purpose of this study was to determine the transaction and the concept of the salam contract through shopee. The type of research carried out is qualitative research. Data obtained from informants with 10 informants. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and document studies where the author saw first hand the state of the field and literature review. The results of the research obtained by the author are online buying and selling transactions, namely the meeting of buyers and sellers online and making contracts online, and the concept used in online buying and selling transactions is the salam contract. Through the shopee shopping application on the Shopee service with the application of a greeting contract, the guarantee that the purchased goods will be safe. In addition, the guarantee of the goods to the original buyer. Another advantage of Shopee services is that Shopee can trackhow far your goods have been sent. so it's not surprising that many use this application as a buying and selling transaction.
