This study aims to analyze strategies for managing Islamic education in improving institutional quality through an innovative approach based on Islamic values. The background of this research is driven by the challenges of globalization and technological advancements, which require Islamic educational institutions to adapt without losing their religious identity. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach, using observation, interviews, and documentation as data collection techniques. The findings reveal that effective management strategies include vision-based planning grounded in Islamic values, strengthening transformational leadership, developing integrative curricula, and utilizing innovative learning technologies. In addition, the implementation of Islamic values such as honesty, responsibility, and discipline serves as the main foundation in building a quality-oriented institutional culture. Innovative approaches are also reflected in collaborative partnerships and sustainable human resource development. The study indicates that improving the quality of Islamic educational institutions is not only determined by technical aspects but also by the consistent internalization of spiritual values. Therefore, value-based management strategies can create educational institutions that are competitive, adaptive, and characterized by strong moral foundations in the face of contemporary challenges.
Aprilia Eka PutriMartoyo Martoyo
