The journal serves as a scholarly platform for researchers, academics, practitioners, and scholars to explore managerial and leadership issues grounded in Islamic values, <em data-start="537" data-end="558">maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah</em>, and modern professional principles.</p> <p data-start="597" data-end="1112">This journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, and systematic literature reviews addressing management and leadership in the context of <strong data-start="756" data-end="922">Islamic educational institutions, pesantren, religious organizations, Islamic business and entrepreneurship, public sector governance, and multicultural societies</strong>.
