Abstract

The aims of this research were (1) determine the numeracy skills of children in group B of Kindergarten Yustisia Kotabumi-Lampung; (2) efforts that must be made to improve children's numeracy skills in group B of Yustisia Kindergarten Kotabumi-Lampung. This research uses classroom action research (class action research) for II cycles. Number of group B students in Yustisia Kotabumi-Lampung 2023/2024 Academic Year, totaling 20 students. Consisting of 8 boys and 12 girls. The object of the research is to improve numeracy skills through number block games. In the pre-cycle stage, the average percentage of completeness for children only reached 15%, in Cycle 1 of the 1st meeting the percentage reached 30%, while in the 2nd meeting the percentage of completeness reached 50%. and in cycle 2 of the 1st meeting the percentage reached 60% while in the 2nd meeting the percentage of completion reached 85%. The test results show that there is a good improvement in children's numeracy skills through the number block game in group B of Kindergarten Yustisia Kotabumi-Lampung.
