Abstrak

The purpose of this study was to determine the role and barriers of natural teachers develop early childhood creativity. Researchers used qualitative descriptive research methods in which to collect data using observation penlitik, interviews, analyst documents and conclusions. To analyze qualitative data through data collection, data reduction, data display and conclusion. In this study itself to obtain data researchers involve teachers, and in this study the researcher as the research instrument itself to obtain accurate data. The results showed the development of creativity carried out by teachers there are several things that can support the development of children's creativity in the form of broad theme development will be able to encourage the growth of creativity in children, teachers are able to use interesting ideas in developing learning models, and always seek methods and learning media that are always new and a teacher is able to foster children's interest. In addition there are several things that support the development of children's creativity, there are also several things that can inhibit the development of children's creativity including: in evaluation or assessment, in competition in the learning process, and a limiting environment.
